Terms and Conditions:

• By booking any session the participant automatically accepts our terms and conditions
• All activities offered at Lymington Sea Water Baths are strenuous and hazardous in nature. The site is outdoors and exposed to the elements. Whilst every effort has been made to limit the risk to users, each participant acknowledges that there is an inherent risk of physical injury that cannot be eliminated completely, including but not limited to an above-average risk of death and/or serious injury. Knowing this, each participant voluntarily assumes all the risks of participating in the booked session and takes full responsibility for any and all damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of their participation.
• The participant is fully responsible for their actions whilst attending the booked session. Lymington Sea Water Baths accept no responsibility for the actions of the participant nor the consequences of such actions.
• The sessions involve a level of sustained physical activity. Each participant, upon purchasing a ticket, agrees that they are physically and mentally capable of participating.
• Participants make the decision to take part and must be satisfied that this activity is suitable for them as individuals. Lymington Sea Water Baths can not be held accountable for aggravation to illness or injury / illness sustained due to participation in this activity. Participants are recommended to seek advice from their medical practitioner prior to taking part in these activities, and make provisions to ensure their safe participation.
• Each participant must be familiar with and abide by the site admission and session rules. These are subject to change without notice.
• Any person making a group booking agrees they have read these Terms and Conditions, Pool admission policy, and pool rules and have the authority to be bound by them on his/her own behalf and on behalf of the individuals within that group.
• Booking a session indicates your consent for Lymington Sea Water Baths to contact you with pre-session information and about relevant products or services and research via email, post, phone & SMS. You can opt-out at any time via the unsubscribe links within the emails sent.
• Lymington Sea Water Baths reserves the right to change equipment offered or layout of the pool. Participants do not have the right to claim a refund.
• All tickets are non-refundable and not for resale.
• Participants that fail to attend their booked session agree to automatically forfeit any ticket cost. This includes but is not limited to the following circumstances: illness, injury, late arrival, date conflict, bad weather.
• In the unlikely event of sessions being cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, the option to reschedule or a full refund will be offered.
• Lymington Sea Water Baths reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove anyone from the premises whose behaviour endangers safety or fails to comply with our admissions policy/pool rules.
