How Membership Works

After purchasing a membership, you will have access to free members tickets for eligible sessions. To attend a session, you must book in advance by logging into your account on our website.

To book, simply select the free members ticket under the category relevant to your membership (Swim or Inflatables) and reserve your chosen session.

 Please note:

  • If you have not booked in advance, you will not be able to attend a session if it is fully booked.
  • Sessions may be cancelled if no one has booked in by the morning of the session or due to extreme weather.

Important Reminders

  • Proof of age must be shown on your first visit if purchasing an under 16s membership.
  • The members' ticket can only be used for the person named on the membership. Attempting to use one membership for multiple people will result in cancellation without a refund.
  • Sessions are subject to availability.

    Under 16s Membership – Provides unlimited access for one named person to our after-school sessions from May 1st to July 4th, 2025, which run on term-time weekdays from 16:00 to 17:45. Once purchased, you will be able to book sessions online for free. Booking in advance is required, as entry will not be permitted if a session is fully booked. A photo upload is required at the time of purchasing membership, and proof of age must be provided on the first visit. All sessions are subject to availability. Children must be supervised as per our admission policy.

A photo upload is required at the time of purchase to confirm the members identity on arrival. All sessions are subject to availability.
